How to Add a Coupon Details Popover
A coupon details popover is a great way to provide additional information about your coupon directly on the product page. This feature allows you to display details like terms and conditions, expiration dates, or specific eligibility requirements in a pop-up box, helping customers make informed decisions. Follow the steps below to add a popover to your coupon.
Go to your Klip Dashboard and either create a new coupon or click on the name of an existing coupon that you want to modify.
Under the Coupon Design section, find the Coupon Details Popover option.
Toggle the Coupon Details Popover setting to enable it.
Customize the popover text to include relevant information such as discount terms, expiration dates, and any conditions customers need to know about.
When set up correctly, a hyperlink will appear next to the coupon text, like in the example below.
Customers can click on this link to see the pop-up box with additional details about the coupon.
Additional Tips
Use Clear Language: Make sure the text in the popover is concise and easy to understand. Include important details such as minimum spend requirements, exclusions, and expiry dates.
Test the Popover: Preview the popover on your store’s product page to ensure it looks and functions as expected. Make any adjustments as needed to improve clarity and user experience.
Highlight Key Information: Use the popover to highlight the most important details customers should know, like how to redeem the coupon or any restrictions that apply.
