# How to Allow Customers to Unapply a Coupon

You can allow customers to remove an applied coupon directly from the product or cart page by enabling the appropriate settings.
#### Option 1: Product Page
1. Go to **Settings**
2. Select **Storefront**
3. Scroll down and enable **Allow coupons to be un-applied on product page**

This allows customers to remove a coupon before adding the product to their cart.
#### Option 2: Cart Page
You can also give customers the option to remove a coupon from the cart page.
1. Go to **Settings**
2. Select **Storefront**
3. Enable **Allow coupons to be unapplied on the cart page**

Once enabled, customers will be able to easily remove coupons from their cart before checkout
