How to Customize the Collection Page Badge Design
This article will guide you through editing the design, text, and style of the coupon badge on your collection pages.
1. Create or Edit a Coupon
- Go to your Klip Dashboard.
- Either create a new coupon or click on the coupon name to edit an existing one.
2. Navigate to the Coupon Design Section
- Scroll down to the Coupon Design section in the coupon settings.
3. Enable the Collection Page Setting
- Switch on Show coupon label on collection page.
- This allows your coupon badge to appear on your collection pages and enables the customization options for editing its design, text, and style.
4. Adjust the Badge Appearance
- Change the shape of the badge.
- Set the background color to fit your theme.
5. Customize the Badge Text
In the Badge Text field, you can decide what text will appear inside the badge. You can also use shortcodes to display dynamic coupon details.
Available Shortcodes:
amount
→ The discount value applied by the coupon (e.g. “20%” or “$10”).coupon-name
→ The actual name of the coupon (e.g. “SAVE15”).discounted-price
→ The new product price after the discount has been applied (e.g. “$39.99”).amount-saved
→ The total savings a customer gets from the coupon (e.g. “You save $10”).
👉 Example: Save :amount on :coupon-name
→ “Save 15% on SAVE15”
6. Change the Label Background Color
- Use the Background Color setting to choose the color for your label.
- This allows your label to stand out and match your store’s design.
7. Customize the Label Text
- Enter the Label Text to appear alongside your coupon badge. You can also use shortcodes as needed.
Available Shortcodes:
amount
→ Displays the discount value.coupon-name
→ Shows the coupon name.discounted-price
→ Displays the price after discount.amount-saved
→ Shows how much customers save.
👉 Example: Now only :discounted-price!
→ “Now only $39.99!”
8. Save the Coupon Settings
- Click Save to apply the changes.
- Your coupon design will now be saved.
9. Verify the Coupon on the Collection Page
- Navigate to your store’s Collection Page.
- Check that the coupon badge appears next to each product where it applies.
