# How to Exclude B2B Customers from Using a Coupon

You can now exclude B2B customers from being eligible for your Klip Coupons. This is useful if you offer special B2B pricing and don't want B2B customers to use your regular customer coupons on top of their B2B pricing.

### How to exclude B2B customers
1. Open the coupon you want to update in **Klip Coupons**.
2. Go to **Eligibility & Targeting**.
3. Enable **Exclude B2B customers**.
4. Save your changes.

Once enabled, B2B customers will be excluded from the coupon's eligibility.

||| Important note for logged-out B2B customers

If a B2B customer is not logged in, they may still be able to see and claim the coupon during checkout because Klip cannot identify them as a B2B customer before their B2B status is known.

However, they should not be able to use both the special B2B pricing and the Klip coupon discount at the same time.

For the exclusion to work as expected, make sure your B2B customers are logged in to their Shopify customer accounts when shopping.
