Excluding specific customers from using a coupon can help you better control your promotions and ensure that discounts are only available to the right audience. Follow the steps below to set up exclusions for your coupons.

1. Navigate to Klip Coupon App

2. Create or Edit a Coupon

To exclude customers, either create a new coupon or click on the name of an existing coupon that you want to modify.

3. Navigate to the Eligibility & Target Section

In the coupon setup or edit page, scroll down to the Eligibility & Target section.

4. Set Up Exclusions

Exclude Customers by Email:
Click on Exclude customers and select Customer emails.
Enter the email addresses of the customers you want to exclude from using this coupon. You can add multiple email addresses separated by commas.

Exclude Customers by Tag:
Click on Exclude customers and select Customer tags.
Enter the tags associated with the customers you want to exclude. This is useful for excluding groups of customers, like wholesale clients or VIP members.

5. Save Your Changes

Once you've entered the email addresses or tags, click Save to apply the exclusions to the coupon.

Additional Tips

Use Tags for Groups: If you frequently need to exclude specific groups of customers, consider using customer tags like “wholesale” or “VIP” for easier management.
