How to Export Orders Where Klip Coupons Were Used

The Export Orders feature in Klip Analytics allows you to download detailed order data for purchases that used Klip coupons. This is especially useful for tracking campaign performance, reconciling discounts, and sharing data with your team.

Steps to Export Orders

Go to the Klip Analytics Dashboard

Navigate to the Analytics dashboard. This section provides insights into how your Klip coupons are performing.

Click “Export Orders”

In the upper-right corner of the screen, click Export Orders to begin the download process.

Choose an Export Option

You will be prompted to select one of the following options:

**Selected date range - **This option exports only the orders where Klip coupons were used within the date range you choose. It’s ideal for reviewing specific campaigns, promotions, or time-based performance.
**All orders - **This option exports all orders where Klip coupons were used, regardless of when they were placed. This is helpful for full historical reporting or long-term analysis.

Download the File

After making your selection, the export will generate automatically and download to your device. You can then open the file in your preferred spreadsheet or reporting tool.
