How to Let Customers Uncheck Applied Coupons (Enable Un-Apply Option for Coupons)
By default, once a coupon is applied, it cannot be unchecked. However, enabling the option for customers to uncheck or unclip coupons provides more flexibility and control during their shopping experience. Here’s how you can enable this feature:
In your Shopify Admin Dashboard, navigate to Klip Coupon Settings from the left navigation bar.
Go to the Storefront section and scroll down until you see the Allow coupons to be un-applied? setting.
Toggle the setting to enable customers to uncheck or unclip coupons they have previously applied.
Click Save to apply the changes. Customers will now have the option to uncheck applied coupons directly from the product or cart page.
