How to Restrict Coupons to Selected Customers
Targeting specific customers with coupons allows you to create personalized offers, reward loyalty, or promote special deals to selected groups. This feature enables you to control who can see and use your coupons, providing a more customized shopping experience. Follow the steps below to show coupons only to specific customers.
Go to your Klip Dashboard and either create a new coupon or click on the name of an existing coupon that you want to modify.
Navigate to the Eligibility & Target section.
Choose between the following options:
All logged-in customers: The coupon will be available to all customers who are logged into your store.
Specific customers: This option allows you to target only selected customers.
If you choose Specific customers, you can select between two targeting types:
Customer email: Enter one or multiple customer email addresses. The coupon will only be shown to users with the specified email addresses.
Customer tags: Enter one or multiple customer tags. The coupon will only appear for customers who have the selected tags assigned to their profiles.
Click Save to apply the changes. The coupon will now only be visible to the customers you have specified based on their email addresses or tags.
Test the coupon by logging in with a customer account that meets the criteria you set (email or tag). Ensure that the coupon appears as expected and is not visible to other customers who do not meet the criteria.

Test the coupon by logging in with a customer account that meets the criteria you set (email or tag). Ensure that the coupon appears as expected and is not visible to other customers who do not meet the criteria.
