# How to Set Re-Occurring Countdown Timers

### 1. Create or Edit a Coupon
* Go to your Klip Dashboard
* Either create a new coupon or click on a coupon name to edit an existing one.

### 2. Navigate to the Coupon Design Section
* Scroll down to the Coupon Design section in the coupon settings.

### 3. Set Up Countdown Timer Behavior
* In the **Countdown Timer** section, you now have **two different timer options** depending on how you'd like your countdown to behave:

### 4. Save and Preview
Click **Save** at the top right corner of the Klip Dashboard to apply your changes.

Test your settings by visiting your store:
* Create a timer with a short duration to make testing easier.
* Check if the timer behaves according to the settings you configured.


### 5. Update as Needed
* You can revisit this setting anytime to adjust the countdown behavior based on your promotion requirements.
