How to Show Coupons Only to Logged-in Users

Showing coupons exclusively to logged-in users is a great way to reward your existing customers, encourage account creation, or drive customer loyalty. By limiting coupon visibility to users who are logged in, you can create a more personalized shopping experience and target specific groups more effectively. Follow the steps below to show coupons only to logged-in users.

1. Create or Edit a Coupon

Go to your Klip Dashboard and either create a new coupon or click on the name of an existing coupon that you want to modify.

2. Set Eligibility & Target

Navigate to the Eligibility & Target section.
Choose the All logged-in customers option. This ensures that the coupon will only be visible to customers who are logged into their accounts.

3. Additional Options for Specific Customers and Exclusions

Show to Specific Customers: You can choose to show the coupon only to specific logged-in customers based on their email or customer tags. This allows you to target a particular group, such as VIP members or newsletter subscribers.

Exclude Certain Customers: If you want to show the coupon to all logged-in users but exclude certain customers (e.g., customers who have already used a different promotion), you can use the exclusion settings to refine the audience further.

4. Save the Coupon Settings

Click Save to apply the changes. The coupon will now only be visible to customers who are logged into their accounts.

5. Verify the Coupon Visibility

Test the coupon by logging into a customer account and ensuring that the coupon appears on the product page.
Log out and check to confirm that the coupon is not visible to users who are not logged in.
