Verify that Product is Added to Coupon's Product List

Go to your Klip Dashboard and edit the coupon.

Edit Coupon

Scroll down until you find the Applies to section.

Ensure that the coupon is in this list.

If not found, click 'Browse' to add the product.

Ensure that the Product is in this List
