Getting Started: How to Create Your First Coupon
Creating your first coupon in Klip is a straightforward process that allows you to start offering discounts and promotions to your customers quickly. Whether you’re looking to boost sales, promote specific products, or reward loyal customers, this guide will walk you through the essential steps to get started.
Go to your Klip Dashboard and either create a new coupon or click on the name of an existing coupon to edit it.
1. Coupon Name: Enter a descriptive name for your coupon that helps you identify its purpose (e.g., "Summer Sale" or "Welcome Discount").
2. Coupon Type: Choose between percentage, fixed amount, or shipping discount based on your promotional strategy.
3. Discount Value: Set the discount value, such as 20% off or $10 off.
In the Applies to section, choose the products the coupon should apply to. You can select specific products, collections, or choose "All Products."
Set start and end dates in the Schedule section to control when the coupon is active.
In the Eligibility & Target section, choose who can use the coupon (e.g., all customers or specific customers).
Click Save to create your coupon. Your coupon is now ready to be used in your store.
Add the coupon to your store and test it by applying it to a product or cart to ensure it works as expected.
