How to Allow Customers to Unapply a Coupon

You can allow customers to remove an applied coupon directly from the product or cart page by enabling the appropriate settings.

Option 1: Product Page

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Storefront
3. Scroll down and enable Allow coupons to be un-applied on product page

This allows customers to remove a coupon before adding the product to their cart.

Option 2: Cart Page

You can also give customers the option to remove a coupon from the cart page.

1. Go to Settings
2. Select Storefront
3. Enable Allow coupons to be unapplied on the cart page

Once enabled, customers will be able to easily remove coupons from their cart before checkout
