How to Change Coupon Design
Personalizing the appearance of your coupons is a great way to ensure they align with your store’s branding and attract customer attention. Whether you want to design your own coupon from scratch or use one of our pre-made templates, Klip offers a variety of options to help you create the perfect look. Follow the steps below to customize your coupon appearance.
1. Create or Edit a Coupon
Go to your Klip Dashboard and either create a new coupon or click on the name of an existing coupon that you want to modify.
2. Navigate to the Coupon Design Section
Click on the Coupon Design tab to access all the customization options available for your coupon.

3. Choose Your Design Option
You have two options for customizing your coupon appearance:
- Customize Your Coupon: Design your coupon by adjusting various elements like text, colors, and styles.
- Use Pre-Made Templates: Choose from our selection of pre-made templates for a quick and easy setup.


4. Customize Your Coupon
If you choose to design your own coupon, make sure to go through the following sections to fully customize the appearance:
- Widget: Adjust the overall look of the coupon widget, including size, shape, and background color.
- Badge: Customize the badge text and style that appears on the product page or collection page.
- Coupon Text: Edit the title, description, and any additional information you want to display on the coupon.
- Redeem Action: Customize how the coupon is clipped or redeemed, and adjust the call-to-action button.
- Countdown Timer: Set up a countdown timer to create urgency. Customize the style, text, and duration.

Widget Options:

Using Shortcodes:
Klip has various shortcodes you can use to display dynamic info about your coupon:
- {{amount}} - Shows the discount amount
- {{coupon-name}} - Shows the Coupon Name
- {{discounted-price}} - Shows the product price after the coupon is applied
- {{amount-saved}} - Shows the Amount Saved when a coupon is applied

Badge Options:

You can also choose between various icons as your coupon badge:

Changing the Coupon text:
- Unapplied text refers to the text that shows up when the coupon is not yet applied:

- Applied text refers to the text that shows up when the coupon has been applied:

Redeem Action Types:

- Button Redeem Type:

5. Preview and Save Your Coupon Design
- Click on the Preview button to see how your customized coupon will look on your store.
- Make any final adjustments, and click Save to apply your changes.
