How to Display Applied Coupon Labels on Cart Page

Showing a clear indication of applied coupons on the cart page enhances the customer experience and reduces confusion during checkout. This guide will walk you through the steps to enable and customize the “Coupon Applied” label on your cart page.

1. Steps to Display “Coupon Applied” Labels:

Go to Klip App:
In your Shopify Admin Sidebar, navigate to Klip Coupon and click Settings from the left navigation bar.

2. Enable the Coupon Label on Cart:

Go to the Cart Page section and enable the Show coupon label on cart setting. This will display a label indicating that the coupon has been applied.

3. Customize the Label:

Adjust the text, colors, and styles as needed to match your store’s branding. You can use this label to clearly communicate the applied discount to your customers.

4. Preview the Cart Page:

Once set up correctly, a banner like this should appear on your cart page, indicating the coupon has been successfully applied.

Additional Tips:

Customize Text to Match Promotions: Use clear and concise language in the label text to match the promotion being applied, such as “10% Off Applied” or “Free Shipping Applied.”
Use Contrasting Colors: Ensure the label stands out by using colors that contrast with your store’s theme, making it easy for customers to see.
Combine with Cart Page Settings: If you’d like customers to also redeem coupons from the cart page, check out our How to Set Up Redeemable Coupons on the Cart Page article.
