How to Grant Us Collaborator Access to Your Shopify Store

To help us access your Shopify store, we need to send you a Collaborator Request. Shopify uses this system to ensure only authorized partners can request access.

To proceed, we may need one or two pieces of information depending on your store settings:

  • Your permanent .myshopify.com store URL (required)
  • Your 4-digit Collaborator Request Code (only if your store requires it)

Follow the steps below to find your details.


Step 1: Find your .myshopify.com URL

Note: We cannot use your custom domain (like yourstore.com). We need the backend Shopify URL.

  1. Log in to your Shopify Admin
  2. Click Settings (bottom-left corner)
  3. At the top of the Settings page, under your store name, you will see your permanent .myshopify.com address
  4. Copy this URL



If you cannot find it here, you can also check:

Go to Settings → Domains

Look for the default Shopify domain ending in .myshopify.com


Step 2: Find your 4-digit Collaborator Code (only if required)

This step depends on your store’s settings.

  • If your store allows “Anyone can send a collaborator request”, you can skip this step. No code is needed.
  • If your store is set to “Only people with a collaborator request code can send a request”, then you will need a 4-digit code.


If required:

  1. Go to Settings in your Shopify Admin
  2. Click Users and permissions
  3. Scroll to the Collaborators section
  4. Copy your 4-digit collaborator request code




Step 3: Send the details to us

Please reply with:

  • Store URL: (your .myshopify.com URL)
  • Collaborator Code: (only if required, otherwise let us know it is not needed)


What happens next?

Once we receive your details, we will submit a collaborator request to your Shopify store.

You will then receive a notification inside Shopify and an email where you can:

  • Review the requested permissions
  • Approve or deny access

Nothing is granted without your approval.
