How to Set Coupon Prioritization
Setting Coupon Priority is important when you have multiple coupons assigned to your products. It gives you more control over which discounts you apply to your customers.
With our new Coupon Prioritization feature, you can now control the order in which coupons are shown when multiple discounts are assigned to the same product. This ensures that the right discount is applied first, helping you optimize your promotional strategies.
To access this feature:
Open Klip Coupons in your Shopify admin.
Navigate to Settings.
Select Storefront.
Locate the Coupon Prioritization setting.
You can choose from four different prioritization methods:
Time Created (Oldest First) – Applies the earliest created coupon first.
Time Created (Newest First) – Uses the most recently created coupon first.
Coupon Value (Highest First) – Prioritizes the highest discount available.
Coupon Value (Lowest First) – Applies the smallest discount first.
This feature is perfect for store owners who:
Run multiple promotions at the same time.
Want to ensure specific coupons are used before others.
By setting your preferred prioritization, you can avoid conflicts between multiple active coupons and create a seamless checkout experience for your customers.
